I am a practicing Board Certified Emergency Physician in Chaffee County and owner of Emergency Medical Directions, LLC. I have been on the frontline of emergency medical management and decision making for several organizations. It is this experience that I bring to my consulting.

Several years ago I developed Emergency Medical Directions, LLC. to provide Medical Direction and Consulting for various organizations, events and EMS services. In addition to my Emergency Department experience, I have extensive wilderness and travel experience with additional educational backgrounds from the National Outdoor Leadership School and in Wilderness Medicine. 

I currently hold several leadership roles within my home hospital including Emergency Department Director and Chief of  Staff.

I live in Salida, Colorado with my wife and son. We live on a small farm with horses, chickens and dogs. I spend my free time in the nearby mountains and on the river enjoying the beauty and community of the Heart of the Rockies.
